To get to the airport: Participants arrive in Moscow, and get to the airport independently.
The organizers will provide transport for moving between the place of competition and hotel accommodation: Airport FINAM - Hotel Tzargrad, Airport FINAM - Hotel Pushino

The schedule above may be changed due to technical or organizational issues, or weather conditions.

The time is provided according to the local time (MSK = UTC+4).

 

The Championship will be conducted according to the following rules:

FAI Sporting Code Section 6 part 1

CIVA Regulations

Flight Rules Issued by Russian Aviation Authorities

Local Regulations

No line judges will be used.

Official Language

English will be the official language to be used at the championship.

In all interpretations the English language version of the FAI Sporting

Code and the CIVA Regulations will prevail.

Information will be published and briefings will be conducted in English.

Radio communications will be conducted in English.

Competition frequency will be defined at a later date.

Requirements:

Competing Pilots: The entries of the National Teams or competing pilots will be accepted

from FAI Member Clubs. FAI Member Club may send pilots up to a

maximum of 8.(1.2.4.2.b, Section 6, FAI Sporting Code)

The solo entries are allowed for FAI Sporting Licence holders from FAI Member Clubs.

All competitors have to be a holder of:

  • PilotLicence (PPL, CPL) - valid for Russia *.
  • A valid FAI Sporting Licence
  • A valid personal insurance policy, valid for Russia

*Organizing Committee can assist you with validation of PilotLicence. To apply for assistance, you need to send us copies of the documents before April, 20, at Natalia@1polet.ru.

Team Members and Observers:

Team composition includes 8 Competing Pilots and following

Team Members:

  • Chief Delegate
  • Team Manager
  • Coach
  • Doctor
  • Interpreter
  • Mechanics
  • Relatives of competitors

Number of Team Members and Observers is not limited.

Officials

The Officials, as defined in FAI Sporting Code, Section 6, may enter as

Team Members.

Aircraft

The competition is conducted using aircrafts compatible with the YAK-52 standard configuration.

Organizer provides competitors with aircraft Yak-52 on the site of Championship. Organizers provide an airplane for first 3 competitors of each team for free.

Other competitors including independent entries can rent an airplane for€450 per pilot.

Airplane rent includes competition flights and one 15 minutes training flight.

In case of own aircraft use, the following documents must be produced to the Organizer for every competing aircraft:

• A valid certificate of airworthiness or equivalent document issued by

the relevant aviation authority of the participant’s country

• A valid registration certificate or equivalent document issued by the

relevant aviation authority of the participant’s country

• A Certificate of Insurance against Third Party Liability covering a

minimum limit 2000000 Euro, valid for Russia for the period of

staying there.

Organizer supplies fuel and oil for competition flights

Entry fee:

• Competitors - €650

• Other team members and observers - €120

• Independent pilots - €1000

Entry Fee covers

• Fuel and oil for competition flights and one 15 minutes training flight;

• Transportation between the airfield and places of accommodation;

• Official and social functions;

• Programs arranged by organizer;

• €150 - CIVA Sanction Fee per pilot.

Accommodation and meals are not included in the Entry Fee.
